“Peter Lloyd re-roofed our house which consisted of complex differentiation in the property’s dating which included a large structure from the Victorian era which was added to the original 15th Century manor house with original oak trusses, wallplates and purlins. I found that Peter’s extensive knowledge in all aspects of building work and the importance of the breathability in the roof and the products used to insulate it was extremely helpful. We had many hurdles to climb as some of the 15th Century oak structure was rotten when uncovered and this resulted in careful and considerate procedures. Peter was able to provide comprehensive advice and liaised with the necessary experts accordingly.
